Understanding how account management works in Medipilot 360
Medipilot360 is a closed-access internal application, not a public app.
User accounts are created and managed only by the system administrator (admin) for authorized medical staff such as doctors and receptionists.
Only users whose accounts have been created by the admin can log in. End users (doctors or receptionists) cannot create or delete accounts on their own.
The admin manages all user records, including activation and deactivation of accounts.
Account deletion is not directly possible from the app because the application maintains operational and compliance-related records for internal use within the organization.
When a staff member leaves the organization, they can request the admin to deactivate their account.
After deactivation, the user’s access is permanently disabled, and their data remains securely stored as part of organizational records for auditing and compliance purposes.
This setup ensures data integrity, controlled access, and proper record management within a private healthcare environment.
